Why is my eSIM not working? Your eSIM may not be working because your phone or tablet may not recognize your eSIM. This happens if your eSIM is: Not associated with account - Your eSIM profile must be present on your line in our billing system and must match the number in the device itself.

One common issue that can cause eSIM transfer problems is the status of your device's Bluetooth. eSIM activation often relies on Bluetooth for a seamless transfer process.
