Pixar characters have taken over Disneyland Resort for Pixar Fest 2024, a summer festival featuring fireworks, a parade, character meet and greets, and more!

Pixar Fest Details
Pixar Fest runs from April 26 through August 4, 2024. There are elements of the festival across Disneyland Resort including at both theme parks.
The newest Disney California Adventure guidemap features Pixar Fest.
Decorations
Pixar Fest decorations include movie-inspired sculptures, banners, character medallions, and large sculptures in each park and on the esplanade. The Pixar Fest sculpture in Disney California Adventure interacts with MagicBand+.
Imagineers have hidden (and continue to hide) over 50 Pizza Planet trucks throughout Disneyland Resort. Inspired by the famous movie Easter egg, these trucks are retro-fitted to match their surroundings.

Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Parade
“Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” is a new parade at Disney California Adventure. It travels from Paradise Gardens Park to Hollywood Land at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The parade features dozens of Pixar characters and floats inspired by “Turning Red,” “Soul,” and “Luca.” The choreography incorporates American Sign Language (ASL). The “Better Together” theme song is available on streaming platforms.

“Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular”
The Pixar nighttime spectacular has returned with some updates. Guests can catch the fireworks show on select nights at 9:30 p.m. —or watch our video below.
“Fire of the Rising Moons”
A version of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge nighttime spectacular, “Fire of the Rising Moons,” is synchronized with “Together Forever.” Watch it, with the addition of Bard the droid, below.
Pixar Pals Playtime Party
Fantasyland Theatre has been transformed for the Pixar Pals Playtime Party. There are special photo ops, character meet and greets, crafts, and a dance party. The theater is open 11:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Watch our Pixar Pals Playtime Party video below.
Club Pixar
Club Pixar was open from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This return-to-form for Hollywood Land in Disney California Adventure included neon decorations, photo ops, the Shorts Stop Drive-In Theater, games, and dancing. Watch our video from Club Pixar below.
Club Pixar closed two months early after Disneyland Resort performers unionized. Some activities are still available but no shows.
Characters
Disneyland Park
At Pixar Pals Playtime Party, guests can meet Barley and Ian from “Onward” in front of their van, Guinevere; Ember and Wade from “Elemental”; Luca and Alberto from “Luca”; Dug and Russell from “Up”; and Merida from “Brave.” Other Pixar characters appear during the dance party.
Disney California Adventure
Outside Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, guests can meet a talking version of Dug. He meets between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Watch our video of Dug talking below.
Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl alternate appearances in front of an “Incredibles” backdrop in Hollywood Land from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Mr. Incredible is in his retro supersuit while Elastigirl wears her suit from “Incredibles 2.”

Meilin and Ming Lee from “Turning Red” meet together from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. near the Grizzly River Run Water Wheel.
Beginning on June 14, for the release of “Inside Out 2,” Anger is appearing at the Pixar Pier Band Shell.
Food & Beverages
There are many new and returning menu items available during Pixar Fest 2024. Merchandise
Pixar Fest merchandise includes a Spirit Jersey, Lug bag, and Ducky and Bunny Lemon Blue Raspberry Shaved Ice Munchlings plush.
The Magic Key-exclusive Pixar Fest items are a T-shirt and a limited-release pin. Magic Key holders were also able to get a complimentary Panda Mei foam paw in May.
There are two T-shirts inspired by the 4*Town Fav*4*ites and Anger Management Marketplaces.
