"Thank you so much for providing great care to Sir Willie. Jenna does a great job every time. We have been to numerous grooming shops prior to going to Maximillion. And Maximillion is by far the best, we do not go anywhere anywhere else since finding them. I love that they only work on one dog at a time, so Sir Willy is in and out within an hour. Maximillion truly provides great loving care to the dogs. Dogs are very anxious when they go in for their grooming, and they do such a great job Keeping the dogs relaxed during their groom. "Our small Golden doodle, Daphne, gets groomed by Sam, and she always does a fabulous job! After being groomed Daphne’s fur is so soft! Sam takes great care and provides an excellent cut each time."

"My parents have come to this groomer for years so we decided to give them a try with our new puppy.We thought we found the perfect groomer until the fifth time we had an appointment. We dropped our eight month old girl off and within 20 minutes we were contacted to pick her up and that they could no longer groom her unless she was sedated. It should be noted that we had a different groomer than usual this particular day. We were told our girl had pooped a total of five times, alternating between loose and solid poops, her gums were turning purple and she was showing signs of going into a seizure. They refused to service her any longer unless she was given a sedation medication from the vet. We were in complete shock as we were NEVER told she showed these signs before. We were only ever told she didn’t like the blow dryer in her face (does anyone?!) and her back legs touch. We were never told she pooped previously at appointments (they always said “she was such a good girl!!”). This was an early morning appointment as well. She pooped in the morning outside at home and wasn’t interested in breakfast. It was really hard to believe she had that much in her system to poop that much! We also had to bring in special shampoo for her as their shampoo made her itchy. If she was given five baths (according to them), they used NONE of her shampoo and refused to answer my questions after we picked her up with a full bottle.We have since been using the groomer at her daycare.It’s a completely different experience. They have not reported any of these issues. I even asked about them specifically and they don’t understand how she would poop so much and go into a seizure. She is the best dog for baths and for the groomer.We feel the groomer did not want to be bothered with our girl that day and made up a story so we had to go get her. Maybe she overbooked, I don’t know but the story we heard that day was unexpected and unbelievable from what we heard from the past and what we see at this new groomer. Make sure you ask very specific questions about your pup’s time there or else you might be told some crazy made up story as well.Additionally only being able to text and not call and speak with someone or only pay cash/venmo is annoying and unprofessional."

"I love love this place. I absolutely love Carrie. She is great! I take me Golden doodle to see her, and now my Aunts Golden doodle. Iv been to several Groomers b4 I found Carrie and by far she is the best. I would not trust my pup with anyone else. She goes over and beyond. And a plus is my Sophia likes her too. The picture of her in the car was when we were on our way to see Carrie for the 1st time."
