Easy to work with auction house

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Staff is easy to work with and very helpful if needed.

They give good descriptions of the items they offer to bid on.

My friend introduced me to The Benefit Shop, and I love it! They always have unusual and rare items. Give accurate descriptions. Plus, they are a charitable enity.

Happy with items

Once I got the hang of how it was arranged, picking up the items at the auction house's site in Mt. Kisco was simple and effective. Will be bidding again.

Total pains in the A $$

I find every time I’ve had dealings with the Benefit Shop I come away so annoyed with their pomposity and their customer service I tell myself to not deal with them in future

If I could give benefit house a zero stars I would. I'm done business with them twice and both times on satisfied. The last time particularly they kept changing the invoice I paid the original invoice of $80 next time I see it I owe him another $10 next time I see it I owe them sales tax next time I see him I own another $35 for what I don't know granite it took me a long time to pay because I was in the hospital. And you would think that people would be patient with that no not benefit house. And I want to sound like sour grapes cuz I'm sure there's people there that are very nice to work with but my particular case I would not give them even a one I would not refer anyone to them. I would not recommend them. I myself will never do business with them again. As it sits right now they kept all my money and the thing that I won so I'm out a gift and I'm out over $90 not a big deal to most people but I live on a small income I'm retired I'm 70 years old and I feel like they walked all over me
